Playing

The games are free to play in your browser. You do not need an account. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and we do not promise that the site or any game will always be available or free of errors.

Your account

You can optionally sign in with Google to save your progress. You must be old enough to have a Google account, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or remove an account that is used to harm the site or other players.

What you may and may not do

• Play and share links to the games for your own, non-commercial use.
• Do not copy, resell or re-host the games or the site, scrape it at scale, or try to get around its limits or security.
• Do not cheat in a way that harms other players, or use the site to break the law.

Games and ownership

The games, art, music and code on the site belong to us or to the developers who built them, and are shared under their own licences (see open-source licences). Playing a game gives you no ownership of it. Progress you save is stored for your use only and has no value outside the game.

Ads and links

Some games show ads. Ads and any links to other sites are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for them. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

No warranty and limits on our liability

The site and the games are provided "as is", without any promise that they are fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
